Bjorn Gravsholt

Bjorn is CIO and Partner at Hereford Capital. He founded the firm in 2010. His corporate and entrepreneurial experience spans 26 years and 15 countries. 

He is a frequent speaker at business schools and fund industry events in London and the US, covering private equity fund management, restructuring and investment opportunities in the UK post Brexit.

Before Hereford, Bjorn led the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Expedia Inc responsible for buyouts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to Expedia, he led turnaround, pricing and growth projects at the Virgin Group in the UK, Australia and Macau, and worked as a management consultant with the London office of Bain & Co.

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School,  with additional studies at INSEAD.  


PETER NORTHCOTT

Peter is COO and Partner at Hereford Capital, where he has supported and implemented best practice across its operations since 2017. He has 32+ years of fund operations experience, serving established global institutions and start-up fund managers on three continents.

Before Hereford, Peter held positions at Apollo Global Management, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, among others. His expertise spans COO roles with several firms, alongside operational due diligence at fund-of-funds, and in change management roles.

He holds a BSc in Physics (Birmingham), is a Chartered Secretary and member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.


 

RICHARD GUEST

Richard is Operating Partner at Hereford Capital. He has 23 years' experience of delivering turnaround growth in competitive markets. Presently engaged with a health financial services business in a change management role, he previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Babylon Health, and remains involved as investor and board member of Crescent Ops, a health tech startup.

Before Babylon, Richard was Commercial Director at Centrica (British Gas Services). Here, he was accountable for growing the £1.6B Services business covering boilers, central heating, plumbing, drains and electrics in the home.

Prior to that, he spent 7 years at Virgin Media with responsibility for growing cable broadband, television and telephony revenues of £3.3B. Earlier in his career, he held commercial marketing and eCommerce roles at Unipart and Dixons Stores Group.

He holds an MA in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford University.
