Bjorn is Managing Director and founder of Hereford Capital. His corporate and entrepreneurial experience spans 23 years and 15 countries.
Before Hereford, Bjorn led the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Expedia Inc responsible for buyouts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, he led strategy, pricing and turnaround projects at the Virgin Group and worked as a management consultant with the London office of Bain & Co. He is a regular guest speaker at London School of Economics and turnaround industry events.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, with additional studies at INSEAD.
Elizabeth is Project Leader at Hereford Capital where she consults to the firm on improvements to its portfolio companies. She has 18 years' operational and consulting experience. Her expertise includes general management, strategy and new market expansion, leading multi-national teams across product and sales development. She has a particular sector focus on b2b media and tech companies.
She was previously Chief Operating Officer at Stylus Media Group, responsible for strategy, global operations and expansion. She remains a senior adviser to the group. In 2012, she was named to Management Today UK's '35 Women Under 35'.
Before Stylus, Elizabeth worked at News Corporation, where she led strategic projects for the Chief Operating Officer and Group Head of Production at News International Newspapers. She was part of a project team which managed a multi-site production restructuring involving 600+ staff, saving 65% in annual costs. Prior to that, she was a corporate finance analyst with Deutsche Bank and a strategy consultant with Mitchell Madison Group.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
Richard is Project Leader at Hereford Capital. He has 20 years' experience of delivering turnaround growth in competitive markets. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Babylon Health, alongside a directorship with Morgan Frey.
Richard was previously Commercial Director at Centrica (British Gas Services). Here, he was accountable for growing the £1.6bn Services business covering boilers, central heating, plumbing, drains and electrics in the home. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at Virgin Media with responsibility for growing cable broadband, television and telephony revenues of £3.3bn. Earlier in his career, he held commercial marketing and eCommerce roles at Unipart and Dixons Stores Group.
He holds an MA in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford University.
Jacob is Project Leader at Hereford Capital and one of its co-founders. He has 15 years of managerial sales and marketing experience from multinational companies spanning 16 countries. He is presently Managing Director at Maersk Training, a global provider of safety training to the offshore drilling industry.
Jacob was previously Maersk Training's Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for the global performance of sales, business development, marketing and branding.
Jacob has worked in industries as diverse as energy, fast moving consumer goods, industrial food ingredients, occupational safety and luxury products. At Hereford, he has helped portfolio businesses improve their sales organisations, with targeted marketing campaigns, ROI measurement and ongoing sales force training and support.
He holds an MSc in Marketing and Business Administration from University of Southern Denmark.
Ronika is Management Associate at Hereford Capital. Prior to her current role, she worked as a consultant with Bain & Company. Prior to that, she was with Grant Thornton. At Hereford, she manages a series of origination and fundraising efforts.
She is pursuing an MBA at London Business School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
Boya is Management Associate at Hereford Capital. Prior to her current role, she worked with the Equities team at BlackRock Inc, and in Debt Capital Markets and Project Finance with Citigroup. At Hereford, she manages a series of compliance, origination and fundraising efforts.
She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
